Me with my Obsession 18 at Leasburg Dam State Park in New Mexico. I love my Obsession. And so does everyone else.

The Obsession 18" UC continues to perform, season-after-season, with over-the-top views of the sky. I just can't say enough about its ease of set-up, spot-on collimation, and precision observation at the eye piece. It has become a star party favorite, and a tremendous personal telescope. It is a brilliant instrument, and I owe a great amount of thanks to Dave Kriege for this extraordinary creation! It is the ultimate in portability, ease of usage and deep-sky observing. It performs among the giants in this industry.

Hi Dave,
Photo from last night’s public outreach event at the Copperopolis Branch Public Library in Calaveras County. We normally present at Calaveras Big Trees State Park, but we’ve been getting more requests from schools and library branches lately. Last night we had about 125 in attendance for this event - a look at the Moon and planets. That works out to 1-in-20 residents in our tiny Gold Rush town who attended! The UC-18 performed flawlessly as always. Thank you again for helping to keep our program going!
